Refund and fulfillment policy

Digital membership access is normally delivered immediately after a completed PayPal payment.

Delayed activation

If PayPal confirms payment but access is delayed, do not pay again. Automated retries continue and purchase support can inspect the immutable order timeline.

Refund requests

Contact purchase support with your MKMOGER order reference. Eligibility depends on whether access was delivered or used and on applicable consumer law. Duplicate charges and confirmed technical failures are reviewed promptly.

Reversals

A refunded or reversed payment may remove the related membership access.
