Refund and fulfillment policy

Finished digital skins, character concepts and mystery packs are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed.

Delayed delivery

If payment is confirmed but delivery is delayed, do not pay again. Your order will continue processing and support can help if needed.

Refund requests

Contact support with your order reference. Eligibility depends on whether the digital item was delivered or used, the amount of custom work completed and applicable consumer law.

Reversals

A refunded or reversed payment may cancel undelivered work or access to the related digital item.
